Gender equality: Gender Equality Plan
Sensitive, as is its team, to gender-related issues, the management of the FSMP has established an action plan with the aim of combating discrimination and promoting equality at all levels of its activity.
Recruitment policy (OTM-R policy)
The FSMP follows the recommendations of the European Union in terms of recruitment, for HR practices based on openness, transparency and priority given to the merit of candidates (Open, Transparency and Merit-based recruitment or OTM-R).
Find here the recruitment principles of the FSMP or OTM-R policy.
