Our commitments

HRS4R label

The FSMP has been awarded the European HRS4R label, which guarantees that our programs are designed and organized in compliance with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, with commitments in the areas of ethics and scientific integrity, recruitment, quality of life at work (QWL), non-discrimination and professional development.

Find here the HRS4R action plan.

Gender Equality Plan

FSMP's directors and team are aware of gender issues. FSMP's Gender Equality Plan proposes actions to fight against discriminations and to promote equality at every level of its activity.

Anti-harassment policy

Your host organization has a contact person to discuss harassment issues. You can also contact your program managers.

Open, Transparent, and Merit-based Recruitment policy (OTM-R policy)

The FSMP has endorsed the European Union recommendations and principles for Human Resources practices, aiming at better working conditions for researchers, and better openness and transparency in the process of their recruitment.
The redress committee is currently made up of Muriel Livernet (professor at Université Paris Cité, member of IMJ-PRG, former deputy director of FSMP) and Jean Dolbeault (DR CNRS at CEREMADE, Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, former director of FSMP).
