Death of Bernard Belloc
The FSMP is sad to announce the death of Bernard Belloc, this Monday, June 30, 2025. Bertrand Belloc was a key figure in the creation of the FSMP and the FMJH.
Former President of Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and former First Vice-President of the CPU (now France Universités), Bernard Belloc was Science and Technology Counsellor at the French Embassy in China, then Higher Education and Research Counsellor to the French President from 2007 to 2012.
